Where are your cards made?

All cards are handmade in London, UK by me! (Joanna Louise Faith)

Do you take tailored requests so the card suits my vision?

If you cannot find something that suits the occasion/recipient, please get in touch so that we can discuss.

What are the payment options?

We use both Stripe and Paypal to accept payment. Stripe enables customers to pay by both debit and credit card.

What is your return policy?

Each card is handmade as a unique and bespoke item, therefore please understand we do not accept returns. Please ensure prior to purchase that the chosen card is right for you. However if you do wish to cancel an order, this can be done within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I send a card direct to the recipient?

Of course! Add your personalised messaged onto a card that can be personalised, add the recipient address into the 'Ship To' field and we shall do the rest. 

How do the personalised message options work?

If you select a card that can be personalised, there will be a space for you to type in a message up to 250 characters long. Your message will be copied as you have typed, printed and added into the card. We take no responsibility for any spelling errors so please ensure to check for typos.

What is your refunds and damages policy?

We will do our upmost to ensure that your order arrives with you in the same condition it left us. However, in the unfortunate event where your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt and photographic evidence (so that we can assess what went wrong and contact the courier) and we will offer a refund or a replacement. 

You will be notified via e-mail when a refund has been made. 

Please note in the event of a replacement order, as each card is handmade, we cannot guarantee a 100% replica of your order. However we shall try our best! Please allow up to 4 workings days for us to dispatch a replacement order.
